Returns
Last updated: July 2026We want every print to arrive in the condition it left the studio. If something is wrong with your order, this page explains when a return or replacement applies and how to start one.
Defective or damaged items
If your print arrives defective or is damaged in transit, you can request a replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving it. We ask for a photo of the issue so we can see what happened and put it right quickly. In most cases a clear image of the fault is all that is needed.
How to start a return
Getting a return underway is straightforward:
- Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order reference and a short description of the problem.
- Attach a photo that shows the defect or damage.
Once we have reviewed the details, we will confirm the next step, whether that is a replacement print or a refund.
Personalised and custom audio prints
Personalised and custom audio prints are made uniquely from the sound you provide, so they cannot be resold or restocked. For that reason these items have limited returns and are not eligible for a change of mind refund. They remain fully covered where they arrive defective or damaged, and the 30 day process above applies in exactly the same way.
Refunds
Where a refund is agreed, it is issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider. If a replacement is preferred instead, we will arrange a new print of the same item.
