Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These terms apply to your use of waveformprints.com and to any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to the points set out below. Please read them alongside our Privacy, Shipping and Returns pages.

Orders and acceptance

An order becomes a contract only once we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order before production begins, for example where an item is unavailable, where there is an obvious pricing error, or where a submitted file cannot be used. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund it.

Made to order and personalised items

Our prints are produced individually after you order rather than held in stock, and many are personalised from audio or text you provide. Because each piece is created for you, production begins shortly after your order is confirmed and changes may not be possible once that has started.

Pricing and availability

Prices, sizes and the range on offer may change over time, and specific items may be withdrawn or become unavailable. The price that applies is the one shown at the moment your order is confirmed. Where taxes or shipping charges apply, they are indicated during checkout.

Design and content rights

The artwork, layouts, templates and overall look of Waveform Prints remain our property and may not be copied or resold. When you buy a print you receive the finished item for personal use. You do not acquire the right to reproduce our designs commercially.

Audio you submit

When you upload audio for a custom print, you confirm that you own it or otherwise have the right to use it for this purpose. You are responsible for making sure your submission does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may decline to produce a print where we have reason to believe those rights are not in place.

Liability

We take care to describe and produce every item accurately, but to the extent permitted by law our liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Contact

If anything here is unclear, write to [email protected]. We may revise these terms occasionally, and the date shown above reflects the most recent version.
